Personal Care and Standard Light Housekeeping
Personal care includes supportive services such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, companionship, medication reminders and assistance with errands. Commonheart Home Care also offers assistance with light cleaning, including laundry assistance.

We pride ourselves on thoughtfully matching clients with our care staff and, whenever possible, ensuring the same caregiver provides services to a client on an ongoing basis. Prior to starting services Commonheart Home Care offers a complimentary one-hour “meet and greet,” providing a valuable opportunity for you and your family to get to know your caregiver before receiving care.
Commonheart Home Care provides services at extremely competitive rates. Most clients pay privately for services, although we are happy to accept long-term care insurance if your policy covers home care services (each policy is different – consult your agent regarding services covered under your policy).
Before engaging in services we offer a one-hour full health assessment at no charge.
