- Marquardt Home Health and Hospice is changing our name so our story is better told and understood internally and externally. The story about you and our patients. Each and every one of you are vital to maintaining our mission.
- By giving Commonheart its own unique name, this helps correct a common misconception that our services are strongly bound to Marquardt Village.
What does this mean for us as an organization?
- Not only will this be a way to set us apart, this will open up new and expanded opportunities to share our mission of caring for all people, and create a strong platform for continued growth.
- There will be no interruptions in our day-to-day operations or delivery of care.
What does this mean for me?
- You will remain an employee and your seniority will not change. Together, we will discover continuous improvement opportunities to achieve more efficient and productive workflows, thus creating a culture of collaboration.
- There will not be any change in base salary. We will continue to evaluate the pay structure and conduct a full compensation analysis.
- Benefit options will be reviewed and analyzed annually with the goal that you will be receiving equal or better benefits. In the current benefit year of July 2022 - June 2023, your benefits will not change.
- You will continue to earn PTO days on the same schedule that you have now. Any earned PTO continues to be available to you.

- The core of our business will continue to be about our patients and clients. There will be no interruptions in the delivery of care and they will continue to interact with their known care partners in their known environments.
